When you become a Women First patient, we make using our services as easy and efficient as possible. As a new patient to Women First, you will arrive for a registration to complete history information on our tablet computers and discuss information about your visit with the clinical assistant, after which you will visit with your scheduled provider. We do not require paper forms.
Please bring to your appointment a valid driver’s license or state-issued identification along with your insurance cards. Please be prepared to pay your copayment, coinsurance or deductible payment at this first visit. It is very important to arrive on time; entering demographic information and answering the clinical interview questions will take about ten to fifteen minutes to complete.
In addition to our availability by phone during office hours, a physician on call is always available, 24 hours a day. FollowMyHealth at Women First provides for email communications with your Care Team during business hours. And our billing staff will be happy to help you sort through insurance and billing issues.
