Through every stage of life

At Women First, we’re eager to provide you with the exceptional care you deserve. Our office phones are answered 24 hours a day. Calls are answered by our staff from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday and our answering service responds to your call during hours the office is closed.

Always call 502.891.8700, regardless of the time of day.

If you have a non-emergency question that can wait until the office is open, we ask that you call weekdays between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

When you call our office at 502.891.8700 outside of normal office hours, our 24-hour answering service will take your information and pass it to the provider on-call. Please call back if you have not heard from a provider within 30 minutes.

We offer appointments Monday through Friday. You can schedule your Well-Woman Visit online by clicking here or, if you are a new patient, please call 502.891.8788 to schedule your first appointment.

To get you help when you need it most, we also offer same-day appointments for our established patients who call us with urgent needs. To speak with one of our clinical staff, please call 502.891.8700 and select option 2, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

We suggest you schedule your annual appointment a year ahead, before you leave our office from this year’s annual exam. If that’s not possible, please call at least two to three months in advance to schedule your annual exam. If you are experiencing problems, however, we strive to get you seen quickly. We can schedule your mammogram and/or dexagram with your annual exam. We will need your mammogram films for comparison purposes if you have had mammograms performed elsewhere. A release form Download Transfer Consent Form can be downloaded to send to the radiology department where you had your previous mammogram performed.

Please remember to bring your insurance card with you to each appointment.

Maintaining an on-time daily schedule is a high priority for us at Women First. We value your time as a patient, and respectfully ask you to do the same with our providers and other patients in our practice. As a courtesy to you, we have a reminder system and will email, call and/or text you as a reminder about your appointment with us.

We respectfully require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations, unless an unavoidable circumstance prohibits your arrival, i.e. auto accident or medical emergency. If you cancel your appointment late or do not show up, please note that we retain the right to apply a $50 charge.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we will attempt to offer you another same-day appointment with your provider or one of our Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants if appointment availability exists, or we may have to arrange for your visit to be re-scheduled to another day.

We will always strive to honor your appointment at the time it is scheduled. However, if an unforeseen delay due to a medical emergency occurs, we will offer you the option of waiting or rescheduling your appointment. We may also offer for you to see another provider in the office to avoid interruption of your care.

I love Dr. Brown. Hands down, she is an Angel on Earth. I literally would not be here today without her. She always tells me exactly what I need to hear, she stands up for her patients, and has believed in me when I don’t believe in myself. Woman’s health isn’t just gynecological. It’s mental. It’s having someone there to hold your hand when you’re alone. And Dr. Brown continues to hold my hand and I can’t thank her enough. I will forever be indebted to her and will love her forever. I will miss her incredibly and deeply when she retires. Thank you Dr. Brown, for everything. -Tiffany Enriquez
