Our Care Teams
Our doctors and providers are here to give you the highest quality women’s health care —at every stage of your life. As a Women First patient, you receive care not just from a doctor but from a Care Team dedicated to your health. Your Care Team consists of your board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist medical doctor, along with one or more Advanced Practice Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, and/or Physician Assistant, and clinical staff. Together, these care providers specialize in you – meaning you can easily discuss your concerns with any member of your Care Team, at a visit or on the phone, knowing they’ll be familiar with your care concerns.
Each patient in our practice is assigned to one of our Care Teams, giving every woman a caring team of medical professionals familiar with their health needs. A direct phone line gives you quick access to your Care Team, and you also may reach them online via FollowMyHealth at Women First – our secure, online communications center.

Obstetrics & Gynecology
Taylor Hodge Aiken, MD

Dr. Taylor Hodge Aiken is originally from Louisville and was delivered by our own Dr. Terry! She is back at Women First after receiving her medical degree from University of Louisville, where she also completed her residency. During her studies, Dr. Aiken received the Greater Louisville Medical Society Foundation Scholarship Award as a promising physician-to-be and earned honors in many of her clerkships. Her research regarding outcomes following Robotic Radical Hysterectomy for the treatment of Early-Stage Cervical Cancer was accepted for presentation at the Society of Gynecologic Oncology.
Dr. Aiken joined Women First in 2022, where her focus is on obstetrics and comprehensive gynecologic care for women.

Dr. Holly Brown is a Kentucky native who saw patients in private practice in Louisville after completing her medical training at University of Louisville, and joined Women First in 2009. She enjoys seeing women across their life stages as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist. Peggy Wolf has been an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner since 2000, and she has worked as a charge nurse in Labor and Delivery as well as a Nurse Practitioner in OB/GYN practices. She joined Women First in 2008.

A Kentucky native, Dr. Ann Grider received her medical training in Louisville and Cincinnati, and has been with Women First since 1998. She specializes in minimally invasive surgery, particularly robotic surgery, and enjoys both Obstetrics and Gynecology, especially the long-term relationships she develops with her patients. Kristen Hord received her undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Kentucky, and brings experience as a surgical and pharmacy tech to her role as an OB/GYN Physician Assistant. She joined Women First in 2012.

Dr. Michele Johnson is an Ohio native who has made her home at Women First of Louisville since 2000. She received honors in her medical education program, provides comprehensive Obstetrics and Gynecology care for women of all ages, and enjoys helping her patients make the best health choices possible. Emily Graehler brings nursing experience at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, to her role as Nurse Practitioner. She received both her B.S. and M.S. degrees from Belmont University with Cum Laude honors and joined Women First in 2021.

Dr. Lauren Lewis completed her undergraduate education at Duke University in Durham in 2005 and received her medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine in 2010. After completing her Residency at Duke University Medical Center, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Lewis joined Women First in 2016. Nurse Practitioner Christina Johnson earned her B.S. in Nursing from the University of Louisville and her M.S. from the University of Cincinnati. Christina has several years of experience in labor and delivery at Louisville-area hospitals, including Baptist Health, and joined Women First in 2021.

Dr. Kelli Miller is a Louisville native who received her undergraduate and medical training at the University of Louisville. She joined Women First in 2002 and practices Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has special expertise in pelvic floor disorders, particularly urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse, and she enjoys helping women find ways to live an active, healthy lifestyle at any age. Brooke Gahn is a Nurse Practitioner with five years of hospital experience in labor and delivery prior to joining Women First in 2019. Kaitlin Sullivan is a Physician Assistant who graduated magna cum laude with an undergraduate degree in psychology before receiving her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies and joining Women First in 2012.

Dr. Margarita Terrassa has studied in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, has practiced in Louisville since 2005 and joined Women First in 2011. She is fluent in English and Spanish, practices Obstetrics and Gynecology, and has a special interest in robotic-assisted surgery and adolescent gynecological care. Nurse Practitioner Brooke Gahn gained five years of experience in labor and delivery in a hospital setting before joining Women First in 2019. Kaitlin Sullivan graduated magna cum laude with an undergraduate degree in psychology before receiving her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies and joining Women First as a Physician Assistant in 2012.

Annette received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Concentration in Obstetrical Nursing from the University of Louisville and received her Nurse Practitioner certification in 1994. At Women First, Annette specializes in the evaluation and treatment of chronic and recurrent vulvo-vaginal problems, working with our Care Teams to provide her expertise in women’s health. Prior to joining Women First in 1999, Annette worked as a Nurse Scrub Technician at Humana Hospital University, as a Labor and Delivery Nurse and Prenatal Childbirth Educator at St. Anthony Medical Center, and as a Nurse Practitioner for Planned Parenthood of Louisville and Clark County Family Planning and Prenatal Clinic.

Heather received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2003 from Spalding University and her Master of Science in Nurse Practitioner studies from University of Cincinnati in 2010. Prior to joining Women First, Heather worked as a Nurse Practitioner for a private perinatology practice, providing routine to complex gynecologic and obstetrics health care services. She has also been responsible for direct patient care for high-risk obstetric patients at a Louisville-area hospital. Heather is a member of the Kentucky Association of Nursing. She joined Women First in 2013.

Ellie graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Sullivan University College of Pharmacy & Health Services in Louisville, Kentucky. There, she was the Steven G. Gaskins PA Profession awardee for excellence in the PA profession throughout the Louisville community. Ellie’s undergraduate degree was in Health Sciences from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Ellie’s clinical experience includes OB/GYN work assisting in gynecologic surgeries, annual exams, obstetric exams, and labor completion. Ellie joined Women First in 2021 and works with our physicians, providing women’s health and gynecologic care and assisting in surgery.

Dr. Booth joined Women First in 1989 and primarily practices in Gynecology. Among her many professional affiliations is membership in the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. Dr. Booth’s special interests include preventive health care maintenance for women, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, treatment of the abnormal Pap smear, birth control and sterilization techniques, and hormonal management. Jeanette Jaggers is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Before joining Women First in 2016, she worked several years in Labor and Delivery and in a variety of health care settings.

Dr. Mollie Cartwright trained and completed her residency at the University of Louisville, and she has been practicing at Women First since 1989. Named in Louisville Magazine as one of Louisville’s “Top Docs,” Dr. Cartwright focuses on Gynecology and enjoys helping women develop positive health habits that improve their overall health and sense of well-being. Audrey Fenwick is a Physician Assistant with an undergraduate degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Practice from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois. As a nationally certified menopause practitioner (NCMP) with extensive experience in menopause care and sexual medicine, Audrey works with Dr. Mollie Cartwright providing comprehensive gynecologic care, with a special focus on menopause management and sexual health.

Dr. Terry was one of the founding partners of Women First of Louisville in 1988. She currently focuses her practice on gynecology, has been recognized multiple times as one of Louisville’s “Top Docs” and “Top Surgeons” by Louisville Magazine. She was awarded “Best of the Best” OB/GYN by the Louisville Courier Journal in 2021. With an undergraduate degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Practice from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois, Audrey Fenwick has worked extensively in women’s health with a focus on health education and research. Working with Dr. Rebecca Terry, Audrey is a nationally certified menopause practitioner (NCMP) with extensive experience in menopause care and sexual medicine, treatment of vulvovaginal disorders, and pelvic pain.
