Erin has stayed close to Louisville her entire career. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Louisville and her Master of Science degree in 2022 from Sullivan University College of Pharmacy & Health Services. Erin received her national certification as a Physical Assistant (PA-C) in 2022 before receiving her certification from the Kentucky Board of Medical License in 2023.

Currently a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Erin previously worked as a Physician Assistant in Radcliff, Kentucky, treating patients for various gynecological needs in the urgent care setting. Erin joined Women First in 2024.
