Ultrasound imaging is vital in the evaluation of a number
of obstetrical and gynecological conditions.
Four ultrasound units are conveniently located within our
office. We employ dedicated, highly skilled, knowledgeable
sonographers and our ultrasound equipment is state of the
art.
We routinely perform first, second and third trimester obstetrical
ultrasounds, as well as biophysical profile and umbilical
artery doppler testing. Level II ultrasound and nuchal translucency
screening are available to obstetric patients. Saline hysterosonogram
is available to gynecology patients.
We offer 3D/4D ultrasound which provides high resolution
images and is useful in evaluating both obstetric and gynecologic
conditions. 3D ultrasound increases the accuracy of gynecologic
diagnosis such as the assessment of abnormal uterine bleeding,
fibroid tumor growth, pelvic masses and pelvic pain. |
